Overview
The Quality Assurance (QA) Department at FSCS plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing educational standards across all system schools. It is responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring standardized procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational services.
Key Functions
The Quality Assurance Department:
- develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that serve as benchmarks for all FSCS campuses.
- ensures the implementation of SOPs through regular monitoring and support.
- provides a structured System Improvement Plan (SIP) aimed at the continuous enhancement of academic and administrative performance.
- maintains a feedback loop to gather insights, monitor outcomes and inform necessary improvements.
Purpose
The primary purpose of Quality Assurance at FSCS is to prevent mistakes and defects in service delivery and operational execution. As part of the broader quality management system, QA is:

This involves:

Methodology
The QA mechanism at FSCS is proactive and comprehensive, beginning even prior to the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a potential campus. It includes:
- Evaluation of school buildings, infrastructure and layout planning
- Oversight of administrative, academic and financial systems
- Guidance and trainingfor System Associates, principals, administrators, admission officers and teachers on quality criteria within their domains
Through continuous pre and post operational evaluations & monitoring processes, FSCS provides a structured working environment that:
- Feeds forward the customized action points for school
- Clarifies responsibilities for school staff
